"Quite good overall, but there was difficulty with phone number provided, as your system left out the international code for Australia which created problems when trying to reach me on the day. So someone in the admin area needs to ensure this is included for all international customers. I gave the full & correct number at the time of booking.
However the instructions I provided as to where the pick up point was, worked out well and we located the driver in that vicinity, who had the issue in trying to call me on the phone to meet me.
Also, I booked an E Class Mercedes @ £51 but was advised none were available, so a saloon car was being provided and that price was £45. I had to ask via email about the price difference of £6 which I was advised would be refunded to my credit card. To date this has not happened, so I would appreciate this being followed up & communicated to me.
Subject to this occurring, I would then make recommendations to friends travelling to UK regarding using Taxicode service for the future. Thank you."
